At this point in your event planning, you may only have some of the answers below, or maybe none at all. Try to answer as many of the questions below as possible. We can not guarantee any event, as we are an unpaid volunteer organization with all our staff having full time jobs. We need as much information as possible so we can be your heroes!
How does a superhero presence benefit your event? Does the theme suit having superheroes there?
When are we expected to be ready in costume?
When should we leave?
Do you need us for more than two hours?
Timeline Notes:
Can we arrive a half-hour early for changing into costume?
Is there a secure changing area?
Is water provided?
Are snacks/food provided?
Arrangement Notes:
Free street parking? Reserved spaces? Compensated pay-parking?
Can fake weapons to complete a costume be used? Just weapons that are not swords/guns? (e.g. Captain America's shield, Green Arrow's bow and arrow, Wolverine's claws, Wonder Woman's lasso, Thor's hammer, etc.)
A cut-off date for registration? No more than five of us? Need a list of our members by name? Only superheroes, only supervillains, only Marvel, only DC, only mutants? Any special restrictions, list here.
These questions are to cover all eventualities. If unable to provide certain things [meals, as a good example], this does not mean we are unable to do the event. If given no special considerations, however, it may prove difficult for us to comfortably perform an event [especially secure changing space, lack of water, difficult parking arrangements and limitations on what we send].
